RWS Verlag reports on the successful restructuring of NOYES Technologies during insolvency proceedings. The Austrian KNAPP Group prevailed among several bidders.
For Noyes, this marked an important step into the next phase of the company: business operations could be transferred, jobs at the Munich location were preserved, and development as well as delivery of the storage system were set to continue.
The strategic fit is especially strong: KNAPP is an internationally established provider of logistics automation, software, robotics and intelligent system solutions.
